I have been coming to Puerto Morelos almost every winter for 10 years.  My mother often joins me, and we have stayed in a couple hotels, but we are much happier since we started renting apartments through Florencia.  We will be doing our third rental this year.

Both apartments we stayed in were very clean, nicely decorated and appointed, and in nice locations.  These apartments are a great value for the money, and we love having a kitchen, a TV and more space than a hotel room.  Florencia has been great to deal with, efficient and very trustworthy and helpful.  We love the relaxed pace of Puerto Morelos,  the ever changing variety of restaurants and shops,  the beach and the reef, and the friendly people.  We've always felt safe, and we like that there are activities and sightseeing in the area,

I really enjoyed my stay in Puerto Morelos and especially the kind service and hospitality offered by Florencia. She was very kind and made sure I had an enjoyable stay. My apartment was clean, very comfortable and quite economical. For those who enjoy a relaxing authenic Mexican holiday I cannot recommend the lovely town of Puerto Morelos enough. It has a special charm all its own and is very close to Cancun and Playa ( only a very short bus ride ) but feels worlds away. The people are very friendly, the shopping is good and the resturants are excellent. Thanks again Florencia for a wonderful holiday that I will always cherish! Hasta luego

Apartment FLOR2:
Best quality/price in Puerto Morelos. Fully equiped appartment, cozy and functionnal.Friendly, quiet, clean and safe neighbourhood. Very welcoming hosts and neighbours. 30 seconds walk from the beach (almost private) and 7 minutes from Morelos "downtown" delicious  various cuisine.
Give it a try, you won't regret it. We stop there 2 or 3 times a year...
Don't miss:
1) Wednesday morning local fresh fruits and vegetables supermarket, besides the church. (arrive early)
2) Amancia's cafe, where you can meet people from around the world with great coffee and pastries.
3) Restaurant "Fungo noir" unique Cesar's salad, filet mignon and 5 stars service and decor. (Very romantic)
4) Los Tito's fun and fiesta ambiance, where everything is possible...(try the scampies or fresh fish...)
5) Pollo asada, "bio" chicken B.B.Q. by the sidewalk (or street) from local people
6) Martha and Andres (Marand travel) : internet, money exchange and regional tours
7) Fernando's clothing and souvenirs boutique (besides the church), usually women get better deals !!!  Julia & Gil

We are 3 guys from Germany who stayed in a nice apartment in puerto morelos Mexico beginning of 2004.
The organisation done by Florencia Ribot was very good. Independent from our late arrival time (about midnight) she organised a welcome and the first check-in instructions. The description of the acco-mmodation  on the webpage and the shown photos helped us to get a good and real impression of the apartment, the rooms were proper and AC was working.  Best regards

I had the good luck to come across Florencia's website when I waslooking for accomodation in Puerto Morelos. She was quick to respond and sent me the various listings of available apartment and houses for rent. She also met us once we arrived at the apartment and was concerned to know if there were any problems which she would follow up on. It was good to have a friendly person available if we needed her help. So I have no hesitation at all in recommending Florencia to help you find the accomodation you need in Puerto Morelos.
