Electricity Charge & Deposit Policy:
For stays of 28 nights or more, electricity usage is not included in the rental rate. Upon arrival and check-in at the condo, a photo of the electricity meter will be taken. At departure during check-out, another photo will be taken to verify the consumption during the stay. Guests will be billed accordingly based on actual usage.
A refundable cash deposit of $150 USD per month of stay is required at check-in to cover electricity consumption. The final charge will be calculated based on the meter readings, and any unused portion of the deposit will be refunded at check-out.
